Part 1: Overview
- • Organizer: Anker Nordics
- • Campaign Period: 21st September - 18th October, 2026.
- • Territory: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland.
- • Eligibility: Residents of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland.
- • Prize: 1 × eufy Robot Vacuum Omni S2 (RRP 19,990 SEK / EUR 1,799 incl. VAT).
- • Open to registered members aged 18 or older.
- • Entries using multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
Part 2: How to Enter
- • (a) Sign up as a member of the eufy Nordics DTC website; or
- • (b) Email neu-mktdtc@anker.com with the subject line,'Omni S2 Sweepstakes Entry' stating your full name, country of residence and email address.
- • Both methods give exactly one (1) entry and the same chance of winning. Maximum one entry per person.
- • By entering, you acknowledge that we will process your personal data for the purpose of administering this promotion in accordance with clause 6 below.
Part 3: Winner
- • One winner is drawn at random, under independent supervision, within 7 business days after the period ends, from all valid entries.
- • The winner is notified by email within 5 business days and must respond within 14 days; otherwise the prize is forfeited and a new winner is drawn.
- • To verify eligibility, claim the prize and arrange delivery, we may request additional information from the winner, such as a delivery address, and where required for customs clearance or tax purposes, any information reasonably necessary to fulfil the prize.
Part 4: Prize delivery
- • Free of charge, dispatched from Germany within 30 days of confirmation.
- • For winners in Norway, we will also cover import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees at no cost to the winner.
Part 5: Publicity
- • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that we may use their first name and country of residence for 12 months.
- • Where required by applicable law, the winner may object to such use at any time, in which case we will stop any future use to the extent legally required.
Part 6: Your Data
- • We act as data controller for personal data processed in connection with this promotion.
- • We use your data to run the promotion, contact participants, select and notify the winner, deliver the prize, and comply with applicable law, on the basis of the promotion contract, our legitimate interests, and where applicable, legal obligations.
- • If you separately opt in, we will also use your email address to send you Anker marketing communications based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- • You have rights under applicable data protection law and may contact us at dpo@anker.com or complain to your local data protection authority.
Part 7: Liability
- • Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Part 8: General
- • We may cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond our control require it.
- • These terms are governed by the law of your country of residence.
- • Published in English and Swedish; the English version prevails, except where the Swedish version is more favourable to a Swedish resident.
