Terrible experience!

The item was never sent from Anker, and customer service does not address the issue. I spent ours writing emails and filling out forms to customer service just to have nonsense in reply, and still no item or tracking on any sending. Extremely disappointing!

Awesome but faulty retractable cord

The powerbank is amazing but my retractable cord if pulled out to the maximum gets stuck and takes quite the fidgeting to get it to retract back intro the powerbank unfortunately.

Delightful first impression

This looks like a great power bank with practical built-in cables and a good capacity. It is NOT a small or lightweight device, but I trust it to charge up multiple devices while traveling, so it will not feel like a burden in my backpack. Please note, I have just received the product, so I don't have much practical experience with it yet.

Must say, that cool display while charging was a neat surprise 😃
