Buenos pero se puede mejorar la presentación

La calidad del empaque sobre todo de la parte donde vienen las almohadillas es muy pobre, pero lo demás esta muy bien

Was interested to see the upgrade from the NC's to the pros but the negatives outweigh the positives

The headphones produce great sound quality and are an upgrade in some areas compared to the Liberty 4 NC, but the battery life is a real drawback. Using features like LDAC or increasing ANC even slightly causes noticeable battery drain. I also don’t like the squeeze controls. I often paused my shows just by adjusting the headphones, which never happened with the Liberty 4 NC. On top of that, the 4 NC has significantly better battery life, even when using LDAC and adaptive noise cancellation together. Overall, while these headphones do sound better, the benefits don’t outweigh the negatives for me. With the Liberty 4 NC on sale for $56.99, it’s a no-brainer. By returning the Pros, I was able to buy two pairs of quality Liberty 4 NC headphones for the price of one pair of Pros. Hope this helps someone in the future, also looking forward to new pairs of Sound Cores that they will be dropping soon hopefully fixing some of these issues because they have a great company with great customer support and overall great product and that goes for the whole line of soundcore audio

Great customer service

After 1 year of use one of the earbuds was disconnecting all the time. Got me very upset because i really like the product. I wrote customer support and after trying and exhausting all options on troubleshooting they replaced the earbuds. Great customer support, very efficient and fast. And of course I love then i can use it again!

Excellent buds

Excellent buds. Great sound. Excellent wind noise suppression(I am a cyclist). I don't care for the stem-based controls, or the stems for that matter, but I'll get used to them. After a 1 hour ride I still have 75% battery left. When you place the buds back in the case it gives you a read out of the charge left in each bud. It also shows how much charge is left in the case to re-charge the buds. They have standard round tip ends so you can buy whatever tips you like and they will fit the tips. Some tips won't fit in the case but that's fine. I have gotten use to popping them on and off.

Realmente me dejó sorprendido la calidad soy dominicano vivo aquí en Rd y el paquete todo fue excelente vino bien cuidado y todo excelente tengo 1 día con ellos muy bien por el momento
