Liberty 5 | Noise-Cancelling Earbuds with Dolby Audio

Great pair of ear phones. Bit frustrating to get to fit correctly for the ANC to work properly as I seem to be between a Sizes Medium and Small. But great that there's 6 sizing options to choose from. Only complaint considering the money is that they don't have a sliding volume function on the ear buds. Otherwise great pair with great quality sound, especially for music.

Pretty good device. Lovely colour and easy to use once connected. The sound quality and noise-cancelling and great! If soundcore is listening: Amazing product - just please bring back the little cord attachment! They become really easy to carry and hang on other stuff like backpack or keys so I don't lose them!

The Soundcore Liberty 5 earbuds perform very well overall — good sound quality and effective noise cancelling. At first, I thought the charging case couldn’t fully charge. Later I realized the issue was caused by cold temperatures from leaving it in the car during winter. Once I started bringing it indoors, charging worked perfectly every time. Before I figured that out, I contacted customer support thinking it was a product issue. Their service was excellent — they sent a replacement right away and provided a prepaid return label. After discovering it was just a temperature issue, I returned the replacement unit, and all shipping was free. Very happy with the support and the earbuds. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the initial confusion with cold-weather charging, but overall a solid product.
