eufy Robot Vacuum Omni C28 + Accessories Package

I’ve had the C28 for a few days now and so far I’m pretty happy with it. I was mainly looking for something that needed less maintenance than my previous robot vacuum, and this one definitely helps.The best part is that it can empty the dust bin and wash itself automatically, so I don’t have to mess with it every day. I also like the roller mop design. Since it keeps using clean water while cleaning, the floor feels cleaner compared to the robots I’ve used before.The app was easy to set up and navigation has been good so far. It picked up dust, cat hair, and the random stuff that ends up on my floor without any issues.Still early, but after a few days of use I’m impressed and glad I gave it a try.

10 out of 5 stars! I am OBSESSED with this! Worth every penny! The only time it’s loud is when is emptying out into the home base. You can set it to clean whenever. It maps the whole house and shows you what was cleaned. It’s literally like having a maid to clean your floors! And I haven’t seen any mess left behind! My brand new tineco is TRASH compared to this wonderful machine! I’ve found my new brand!

This is my 3rd robot vacuum in 10 years, 2nd one with a mop, and the best one by far! I have used it every day for a few weeks. It is self-sufficient unless the strong mop roller sucks up a sock or something. I have 3 pets and a toddler and the robot keeps up with their messes.The mopping feature is good for upkeep only. Start with relatively clean floors and use it daily. (It is still the best robot mop I've seen. I don't think any of them are good at scrubbing or deep cleaning.) I need to change out the water in the base every 5 days for 1800 sqft of hard floors.This is the only robot vacuum I've owned that fully empties its own dustbin properly. I like that it returns to its base when needed, empties, refills water, and resumes. When it's all done, the mop dryer is very quiet. I have yet to find hair stuck on the roller brush - a frequent problem with other bots.The app is intuitive. Guidance on how to fix an error is on screen when you need it.This thing is amazing. Worth the money. Highly recommend.

I've tried every brand, this is the best imo. It vacuums well, it mops well, has good detection, and does a thorough cleaning. I bought two.

I'm very impressed with the Eufy C28 Robot Vacuum. I have been using it for a few weeks and it cleans very well. The C28 cleans and pick up pet hair and dust easily. I love you can set no go areas and customize your cleaning in the app, also detecs when there is carpet or mat. The detangle brush it's very good.The app is very easy to use and the robot maps rooms accurately. I'm so happy with this purchase. What I don't like is that takes hours to dry the mop but is a very quiet process.

Used it several times, have a dog that loses fur pretty bad. Does a great job of vacuuming and mopping hardwood and tile floors. Absolutely recommend is vacuum.
