However, if you frequently toss and turn or move your head during sleep, the earbuds may misjudge that you’re still awake, resulting in no sleep data being recorded.

To rectify the issue, we recommend:
1. Reconnecting the earbuds. The latest sleep data syncs to the app only when the earbuds are connected.
2. Not opening the app every time you go to bed.
3. Connecting to the app once a week to make sure your data stays up to date.
