I have used Eufy product for 6-7 years. Now one of my cameras does not work anymore. I have tried to purchase a new, but the website is terrible. When searching I get way to many hits, and it is not possible to compare eg. indoor cameras - so you have to review 4 of them to understand the pros/cons for each model. I already have an E220, which works OK, but not perfect. I also tried to redeem my Ankercredits, but it was for some reason not possible to elect to use my credits - not sure why you get them then! I have previously bought in store, but now done it on the webpage - I was offered to spin a wheel (which did not work), and I got a new customer voucher - which did not work. So conclusion - ok product terrible purchase experience.
